Some photographic; some not.

My online photo based art projects are all self driven.

The listing here is all digital, if you want to see my analogue pictures contact or visit me at my studio, they're physical objects after all.

These are the projects I work on sporadically in between my paid work, usually as a photography educator.

• flickr.com, a reverse order experiment in online curation, and lots of minor side projects.

• pc:3020 My longest most ambitious tumblr project to date with no end in sight.

• backstep at work  I make a picture here on the days I work always at 08:30. [edit January 2022. This project ended in 2021].
• photo links an ever expanding list of photography related links.
• c511 Sporadic image making occurs here on and off per semester. [October 2019 This project has now ended.]
• facing north, We renovated our house and this view disappeared.
• Saturday at 17:17 Facing east from my backyard.
• empty shops An ongoing sporadic body of work, maybe even a book one day.
• 2k of words If one picture is worth a thousand words, how many words are two pictures worth? Very Sporadic!
• instagram I have a troubled relationship with this service, thanks Zuckerberg. At this point early 2021, I am seriously questioning its role in my creative practice.
• altfotonet a sporadic publication that moves forward in fits and starts, I hope to publish an issue in the not too distant future.altfotonet is a self hosted Wordpress blog now.
• ello this network shot to infamy when facebook suffered an identity crisis and spurned a whole new creative network. Update 2023-08, now with a collaborative tumblr account.
• books a list of some of my self published books.
• blog what self respecting net citizen doesn't have a blog?
• facebook yes I have an account, no it is very much on the periphery of my social and online life.
• deviant art fairly dormant account.
• LastFm this site predates spotify, and is simply listed here for historic purposes. Music forms a large part of my creative life, but I still buy physical CDs.
• lomography a quaint place listed also for historic reasons mainly.
• mastadon getting my nerd on here.
• memefest.org activism art design, do they all mix?
• reddit while reddit is the front page of the internet, there is only so much time one can dedicate to its consumption.
• soundcloud I consider audio a part of my practice, but am slow to define this and build it into my practice.
• youtube sometimes I make videos.
• twitter, as s2art. [now dormant 2023-08]
